Process Overview
Induction heating is applied to the coated metal substrate, breaking the adhesive bond so the coating releases in sheets rather than being pulverised into dust. Laser ablation then removes residual coating and conditions the surface to the specified cleanliness and profile. Point-source fume extraction with HEPA filtration captures emissions at the working face.
